When you partner with The Cosmic Flea, your work becomes part of a thoughtfully curated flea market built around discovery and showcase meaningful craftmanship.

There is no online dashboard for our market. Listings are all handled by Spiritual Newb and payouts occur monthly.

Levels of Curation & Shipping Details

For creators who prefer to keep inventory on hand while contributing remotely to The Cosmic Flea archive. Creators provide approved photographs, descriptions, and fulfillment from their own workspace while The Cosmic Flea lists your items,

Remote Contribution Fulfillment

Remote contributors maintain possession of their inventory and are responsible for shipping sold items directly to customers within the agreed fulfillment timeframe.

For creators who want a more hands-off experience. Items are shipped to The Cosmic Flea, where they are photographed, styled, written about, stored, and fulfilled directly through the market.

Every collaboration begins with a conversation about fit, atmosphere, and presentation before items officially enter the archive.

After the submission form is reviewed, selected contributors receive a welcome email and a private Google Drive folder for uploading images of their work or collection. From there, shipping expectations, compensation structure and contribution details are discussed before final approval.

Creator Ships to The Cosmic Flea

Creators are responsible for shipping accepted items to the archive unless otherwise discussed beforehand.

We currently prioritize:
  • lightweight items
  • durable goods
  • easy-to-store inventory
  • objects smaller than a shoebox

This helps keep the market sustainable for independent creators and collectors alike.

If a contributor requests unsold inventory returned, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the contributor.

Creators are encouraged to package items carefully. The Cosmic Flea is not responsible for damage caused during transit to the archive.
