Carved from natural banded onyx, this miniature vase holds winding layers of cream, honey, gray, and earthy stone. The pattern changes with every turn, formed by the material itself and impossible to repeat.

At approximately 4 inches tall, it asks for very little room: a place among books, beside a candle, on an altar, across a desk, or within a gathering of natural curiosities. Display it empty as a small sculptural object or let it hold one equally small treasure.
