Minor variations, signs of age, handmade inconsistencies, and other characteristics disclosed or reasonably expected based on the nature of an item may not constitute defects.
We do our best to accurately display colors, textures, dimensions, materials, and other product details. However, appearance may vary depending on device settings, lighting conditions, manufacturing variations, or the nature of handmade and vintage goods.
Some product descriptions, lore entries, names, or other creative storytelling elements may include fictional, atmospheric, symbolic, or artistic embellishments intended for entertainment and creative presentation.
4. Orders & Payment
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers available at checkout.
Prices, product availability, shipping rates, promotions, and listings may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing, product information, or listing errors and to cancel affected orders when necessary.
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment when possible. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Information.
5. Shipping
The Cosmic Flea works with multiple makers, suppliers, contributors, and fulfillment partners. As a result, products within the same order may be shipped separately, from different locations, and may arrive at different times.
Estimated arrival information is provided when available but is not guaranteed. Shipping timelines may be affected by carrier delays, supplier fulfillment, customs processing, weather conditions, seasonal demand, or other circumstances outside our control.
The Cosmic Flea is not responsible for carrier delays after a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds
Returns, refunds, damaged items, order issues, and applicable return timeframes are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
