Overview

The Cosmic Flea brings together curious finds from different makers, suppliers, and places around the world. Because your order may contain items from more than one source, items in the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees when an order is divided into multiple packages. Each item’s estimated arrival time is shown on its product page so you have an idea of when to expect your finds.

Estimated Arrival Times

Estimated arrival times are listed on individual product pages and apply to that item specifically. If you order several items, they may have different estimated arrival dates.

These dates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control can occasionally affect delivery times.

Separate Packages

One order may become two or more packages. This is normal and does not mean part of your order was forgotten.

Items may be fulfilled by different makers or suppliers and may begin their journeys from different locations. If one package arrives before another, check the estimated arrival time for the remaining item before worrying that it’s gone astray.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you’ll receive tracking information as your items ship. Because items can be fulfilled separately, you may receive more than one tracking number for a single order.

Tracking information can also take some time to update after a shipping label has been created.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is included in the listed price of products at The Cosmic Flea. There is no additional standard shipping charge at checkout, even when your order needs to arrive in multiple packages.

International Fulfillment

The Cosmic Flea includes finds sourced from around the world, so some items may begin their journey outside the United States. International fulfillment can occasionally involve longer transit times or customs processing.

The estimated arrival information on the product page is intended to help you know what to expect before purchasing.

Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Because different parts of an order may be sent to different fulfillment partners, it may not be possible to change an address once fulfillment has begun.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered fulfillment.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If an item’s estimated arrival window has passed and your tracking information hasn’t provided an explanation, contact The Cosmic Flea so we can look into it.

If only part of your order has arrived, remember to check the estimated arrival information for each remaining item first. Your other finds may simply still be wandering your way.

Returns & Problems With an Order

Shipping information is separate from our policies for returns, damaged items, incorrect items, and refunds. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for information about those situations.
